What are the benefits to salt, sugar body scrubs?

We often have to stop and ask ourselves, "How much do I REALLY take an extra step to take care of my body?!"

Ummmm... Well one way is Body scrubs.

2-3 times a week helps remove dead skin cells. As the scrub removes these dead cells you are allowing new rejuvenating cells to surface, that is with any type of exfoliation. In this scrub mixture, containing sea salt and/or an salt blend, raw sugar and/or an sugar blend, carrier oils, powdered blends such as but limited in use milk, oatmeal, and coffee you would apply thick onto the skin and gently rub in a circular motion. Rub into the skin so that the scrub and oil is absorbed. Rinse off completely (warm water is less abrasive on the skin). Finally, pat or gentle rub dry. Skin should be moist and the right fragrance smelling yummy!

The sole effect of this scrub is to leave your skin soft and moisturized preventing drying. Exfolianting and removing dead skin cells. Preventing of wrinkles, blackheads, breakouts, and blemishes. Decreases the symptoms of skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis, may cause some burning or irritation to infected area but with multiple usage of scrub it will heal and treat. Using coffee..shrinkes blood vessels reducing varicose veins, and if not even making them vanish. Coffee also redistribute the bodies fat cells and decreases the formation of cellulites.

Now, how is easy is this? 2-3 times a week, a nice body scrub helping you keep the "fountain of youth" right in your home!
