Drinking More Water for Better Skin Health

Do you know the importance of proper water intake for your skin?
Did you know that water is important for your health and skin? Water has many functions, such functions are digestion, circulation, excretion, absorption & toxin removal.

Nutrients are carried to every cell in our bodies with the help of water, this will improve circulation & blood flow. Our skin is made up to 3 layers- Epidermis (outer), Dermis (underlying), Hypodermis (deeper subcutaneous is made of fat & connective tissue).  Now if the outer layer, Epidermis, doesn't contain enough H2O the skin will lose elasticity & feel rough. Drinking H2O doesn't moisturize your skin but it will hydrate & help stay hydrated to maintain an healthy glow. The more antioxidants, nutrients & phyto-nutrients your skin contains, the better your skin cells function. Water also help  your body flush out toxins & waste products, this allowing a significant clearing of your skin.

This works from the inside out and have the power to cleanse your body and its largest organ.... The skin! Keeping it hydrated with enough H2O can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Water comprises approximately 70% of our bodies or roughly 2/3 of our body cellsis made from water. Drinking eigth glasses of pure H2O is what contains the health benefits and can have a huge difference to our bodies!
Now how refreshing is this.....

  1. I have known a difference since I haven't been drinking enough lately, well time to crank it back up! Or in this case, "drank". Thanks for the info.
